If you’re looking for some family fun this month, head over to the Gwinnett Braves stadium on June 13 for Allgood’s Jersey Off Your Back night. The Braves will be playing Scranton at 7 p.m., and Allgood will be hosting an in-game silent auction, with players’ jerseys as the prize. Make sure you also check out Allgood’s online auction and bid on catcher Brian McCann’s signed jersey as well as a jersey with the entire teams’ autographs.Not only will you enjoy good, old-fashioned fun that evening, you’ll also help Allgood in the fight against cancer. Proceeds from the silent and online auctions benefit the Rally Foundation, a Georgia-based non profit with special meaning for Allgood.When Allgood co-owner Mike Tindol’s son Russell was diagnosed with a brain tumor in April 2008, the need for a cancer cure hit even closer to home. Allgood stepped up its support of The Rally Foundation, which raises awareness and funds for childhood cancer research. Russell is one of the Rally Athletes and has helped raise money for the foundation through his cycling team.
